@thingthing10 Yeah I dont think any company would hire him to be a worker. But a mom or dad would hire him to spray tattoos at their kids birthday party, thats what I meant by hiring. According to the Department of Labor, someone has to be at least 14 (as a general rule) in order to get a *job* in the US.And yes he could start his own business, and that is what I suggest and show how to do in my guide at my site. Although I dont suggest anyone get into it blindly. Find out more about it.

@theweekendworker wait are you saying that he starts his own buisness if he wants to do that that's possible. But what im saying is that if u spray these tattoos and someone sees a 13 year old doing this with his own booth or something that companies screwed because somebody's gonna sue for child labor. Whens the last time uve seen a 13 year old with an actual job. The only way he can make this work is if starts his own business .

@thingthing10 Sure they will, why would they care as long as you can spray a tattoo? If he/she cant spray a tattoo, which would be hard to believe, then of course no one would hire them, but that would go for a 25 year old as well.

You can definitely do it at 13, of course if your parents are fine with it (not quite sure when a kid can start a business though, although even a 10 year old could do it).check you my site theweekendworker (.) com/blog to learn more about it if you are interested.
